Refund policy
At Poppy By The Shore, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Delayed shipping caused by carriers
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We’ll gladly work to replace the item or provide a solution.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after orders are placed.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale:
- Personalized/custom items
- Swimwear (hygiene purposes)
- Sale items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
